Sometimes they are great, more often they are bizarre. None of the original audio is used because of copyright concerns i believe. Mother and Child Reunion. A PhotoMixed Essay

These are PhotoMixes created with the iOS app Pic Stitch mainly, although some other apps were used in editing the building block photos before they were assembled and visually finalized with Pic Stitch. This photo essay is entitled 'Mother & Child Reunion' because the subjects are in fact mother and daughter, and all of the photos were taken while the two reconciled after not seeing each other for more than four years. One additional note: None of the building block photos nor the subjects themselves were posed in such a way as to benefit the making of the collages. The original photos were candids taken in a hotel room as the two re-engaged. Happily.

    It is on the way way Western edge of Denver, or perhaps the Easternmost boundary line of Lakewood, Colorado. If you know where you are headed, you can and will find the building pictured above. We can make it a little easier by telling you that the signs reading SUPER THRIFT STORE  SUPER 99 +CENTS exist just West of Sheridan Blvd and slightly South of Evans Ave. Viewing from that particular intersection, the only illumination for a couple of blocks is the giant signs above their doors. Otherwise their vast parking lot is as dark as the 16th century concerning electric light.
    Upon entering this building pictured above I was Baptised anew last night. A baptismal beneath the electricity glowing signs of SUPER THRIFT STORE  SUPER 99 +CENTS. This is not an attempt to blaspheme, comparing shopping at SUPER THRIFT STORE  SUPER 99 +CENTS for the first time to a Holy dip in the River Jordan. Rather it is an attempt to blur and blend. Sitting inside STS S99+¢ is a story. Here shopping transcends its place in life as mere chore (buying vitamins) or passing pleasantry (buying stamps).  STS S99+¢ is its own New thing, a Way & How We all May/Will live. STS S99+¢ Presents/Predicts a certain American future, But is without visible inertia or concern towards making this prediction come to pass. A attitudinal nonchalance almost akin to when events are preordained as in most
Religion.

Chicago Boom Boom,

I've noticed a new trend lately in mens fashion. And in order to research it i had to go undercover. What is it you say? Is it jeans? No. Turtleneck sweaters? Not this year. The hottest new trend in mens fashion is bright colorful undergarments.
I first began to notice the rainbow effect in mens underwear late last year. A guy i was dating, lets call him 'Steve', came back from holiday with a whole new wardrobe. Yes, every single pair of boxers, y-fronts, or boxer briefs was colorful. And i mean colorful colorful. Not just red and blue, but hot pink, lime green and bright violet. It was hot! When i asked him why he made the sudden change he said the saleswoman assured him this was the latest and greatest advance in mens undergarments since the bikini brief. So of course he took her advice and bought nearly 25 assorted pairs!
I broke up with 'Steve' about a month later but my last three boyfriends have also joined the color wave. I have consulted all my girlfriends and they report the same thing. Out with the white, in with the bright! Colored undies that is. So why exactly are men so color conscious? Well i believe that its because men of the 21st century are no longer content to remain slaves to their fathers drab, bleached white, boring underwear. Men now realize that being colorful is not just an expression of joy, but a necessity for having fun. Men today are no longer saddled with being serious, lachrymose  monochromatic automatons. And as a woman who loves colored men i say: Its about time! Let your freak flags fly gents! Just make sure you wash them before you wear them over to my house for a polychromatic funderoo fashion show. Because If any boys show up wearing white down under? Out the door they'll go.

So. This video is a little different. It is an exercise in analog visual effects. We started by filming a performance with two stationary cameras set at about 12 and 3 o'clock. After this filming, we played each video on their respective devices with just a hint of syncing them by pressing play on one and then guessing when to hit play on the next. We then filmed the two devices with another camera and... Well just watch!
